Every product is carefully inspected and packed with love — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
When You can request a Return
We accept returns only under these circumstances:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received a wrong product, design, size, or colour
To be eligible, you must raise a request within 3 days of delivery and share:

The unboxing video (unedited, showing the package being opened)

Photos of the issue
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.
Returns not accepted If

The product is purchased during sale / clearance / special discount campaigns

The product is used or shows signs of wear and tear (stains, pet hair, smells, etc.)

The request is made after 3 days of delivery

The original tags, filler, or packaging are missing
As these are plush and fabric-based products, hygiene and quality assurance are our highest priority.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@dreamyshapes.in with:

Order number (e.g., DS-12345)

Reason for return

Unedited unboxing video + photos
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Replacement and Exchange
Once your return is approved:

We arrange a pickup from your address or guide you to ship it back.

For incorrect/defective items, pickup is free of charge.
Replacement is subject to availability.
If the design is sold out, you can choose another product or opt for store credit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method OR as store credit

Processing time: 5–7 business days
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible
